This is probably more common than I'm aware of, because my reflex action is to delete "ecard" notifications of this sort. Anyway, this is an instance of an "ecard" site being used to send 419 scam spam. I checked out the site, and there's no "report this as spam" button on the page that I can see, so shame on
101egreetings.com for leaving their system so open to abuse.
