Pump and Dump: WSMI

Pump and dump seems to be where it's at this month. This is the first occasion on which I've seen WSMI (since starting the blog, at least, and I don't recall seeing it prior to that). Also of note is the fact that only one instance of the spam arrived, as opposed to some of the other recent spams which have been arriving in groups of half a dozen, give or take a couple.
